Flowtaris provides business automation services including but not limited to CRM setup, WhatsApp Business automation, booking system integration, invoice automation, and custom workflow builds using platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, HubSpot, and Zoho.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be agreed in a separate written proposal or service agreement before work commences.

4. Free Audit

The free 30-minute automation audit we offer carries no obligation to purchase any service. It is provided in good faith as a discovery exercise. Any recommendations made during the audit are provided as general guidance only.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to Flowtaris and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Upon full payment for a completed project, clients receive full ownership of the deliverables built specifically for them. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our services involve configuring third-party platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Zapier, Make.com, Calendly, WhatsApp Business API, etc.). Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party platforms, their pricing, or their availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Flowtaris shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our services or website
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions caused by third-party platforms we use
• Errors or omissions in any information on our website

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Flowtaris in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Flowtaris harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of our services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
